Call for Speakers Opens for Technology Services World 2013 Service Transformations

(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 14, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO, CA -- The Technology Services Industry Association, the leading association for todays technology services organizations, announced the Call for Speakers for TSIAs much-anticipated fall eventTSW 2013 Service Transformations. Technology Services World spring and fall conferences have become renowned as the preeminent sources of learning and peer networking for technology service professionals.

The fall event, being held October 2123, 2013, at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas, will focus on how technology leaders can make their companies better at services to support the industry transition to outcome-based business and customer relationship modelsa movement that TSIA calls Services 2.0. TSIA is seeking speaker applications on the following topics for all TSIA service discipline areas (Education Services, Field Services, Managed Services, Professional Services, Service Revenue Generation, and Support Services):

Services offer transformation: What changes have you made (or are you thinking of making) to your service offerings to align them with an outcomes-based customer relationship and/or business model? What new service offers have you developed or are you developing?

Services delivery transformation: How have you changed the way you deliver your traditional/legacy services to enable you to support the delivery of new and emerging service offerings that align with an outcomes-based customer relationship and/or business model? For example, have you made changes that free up resources or budget to fund new service offering development or delivery?

Services capability transformation: What new service capabilities have you put in place (or are you working to develop) to support an outcomes-based customer relationship and/or business model? For example, have you developed a new data and analytics capability?

Services organizational structure transformation: How are you combining service lines or otherwise changing the structure of your services organization to support an outcomes-based customer relationship and/or business model?

Product development transformation: How have you changed (or are in the process of changing) the interlock with the product development organization so that the products they produce support an outcomes-based customer relationship and/or business model?

Sales transformation: How have you changed (or are in the process of changing) the interface with your product sales organization to enable them to put a different value prop in front of customers that aligns with an outcomes-based customer relationship and/or business model?
