I was mailed a complimentary sample for a review, so I decided to test it in many places and see what would occur. It is very thin, very light but very tough.
I began with my glass stovetop. It was extremely dirty. While this didn't cover some of the larger chunky pieces (will be using my steamer and brush on that area that boiled over and burned on), the rest of the stovetop cleaned up very nicely and easily.
I then took it into the bathroom after rinsing it off and wringing it out again. There was toothpaste on the mirror but we had success here as well. It took less than a minute and my entire mirror was perfectly clean!
Since it worked on the mirror, I then tried it on my enamel sink. It got rid of all the built up grime and minerals from water.
I then started cleaning in the kitchen and scrubbed the marble sink. It was beautiful and the chrome glistened.
I then rinsed it out and wrung it dry and started cleaning my iPad. That too became clean, streak free with no fingerprints.
I don't love cleaning my house so I really was happy when I saw how easily the empress cloth was to use.
